This book chapter describes the experiences of two Librarian-in-Residence program alumni, Naomi Bishop and Kai Alexis Smith. Bishop participated in the program from 2010-2012 designed around Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) and Smith participated from 2014-2016 and her residency emphasized arts and architecture. They discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the program, a resident-led assessment survey of previous residents, the opportunities for career development, and the overall impact of the program on their careers.en_US
